Steel flanges by design
We made a set of turned and milled flanges for our client. The project included: measurements, prototyping, fabrication of the final component, model and drawing documentation, blackening, engraving.
Small stainless steel components
We made small stainless steel components for our client according to the documentation provided.
Tool vices for lathe
For our client, we made special tool vices tailored to his lathe. The project included measurements, documentation and fabrication.
Milled brake caliper adapters
For our client, we made adapters for Brembo 330[mm] brake calipers for Alfa Romeo cars – the project included comprehensive measurement of the original adapters, prototype and finished parts from a single piece of tool steel.
Wire rope testing head
For our client Zawada NDT (http://www.z-ndt.com/), we made a head for nondestructive testing of wire ropes.
The order included the design and production of two copies of the device. The author of the photos is Zawada NDT.
